time of Bar High and Bar Low

for my volatility indicator I would need to know the time of last Bar Close = Bar High and time of last Bar Close = Bar Low to calculate relative time interval  [bar High, Bar Close] [bar Low, Bar close].

 

you believe it is possible in a far future to have this option?

Once I finish the documentation of how to write indicators (working on it now) you will be able to do this and almost anything else you can think of.
