Having problems opening the program

Hi I get the following error when it get loaded halfway, I just updated my laptop to Windows 10. It works fine on my desktop with Windows 10. Below is the error I get;

 

 

Medved Trader encountered a critical error and will need to shut down

 

Access to the path 'C:\Users\josep_000\Documents\Medved Trader\Backup\MT_AUTO_BAK-joseph.malfara-2015-09-18 08.36.MTExport' is denied.

 

Please contact Medved Trader technical support and provide the error details

for some reason MT is not able to auto backup because windows is not allowing it to access folder:

C:\Users\josep_000\Documents\Medved Trader\Backup\

 

I will fix it so it doesn't kill MT. But meanwhile, do go;

'C:\Users\josep_000\Documents\Medved Trader\

 

and delete the backup folder. then try again
