Jerry Medved Posted February 4, 2016 Report Share Posted February 4, 2016 If you have a lot of tick data and are seeing very slow chart opening times (4 - 7 sec), it may be the spike filter. Go to FILE / SETTINGS / CHARTS / SPIKE FILTERING and uncheck the "Enable Spike Filtering" checkbox on top and hit OK. We will see if we can do something about that in future updates.
