rotor
No PayPal options to subscribe? Am I supposed to download the new version? Does that mean I loose all my chart settings? Whatever my user name for the early version was is gone along with any password. Not only does this sound like a hopeless case, it probably is - confused cookie Whatever, hope you do well, it's a superb platform
Jerry Medved
You do not need to download or change anything at all on your computer or MT setup. To signup for the premium access, you can either go to http:/www.medvedtrader.com/login then login and click on either CHANGE PLAN or the pricing menu and select one of the paid options, OR, in MT you will notice that there is a big signup TILE on the dashboard. If you click on that, it will take you to the correct pricing page on the website, already logged in. Paypal - that is correct. However, if you wish to pay with paypal, we can take either Annual or Lifetime via paypal - just pay the amount of the subscription you want to paypal@medvedtrader.com and email us. rotor
Thanks - Think I'm all signed up and paid for a year via the big TILE. Friends card so no need for the Paypal route. Have a good one
Jerry Medved
NOTE: if using friends card - there will be a recurring billing a year from now. Either keep that in mind, or if you wish for us NOT to do it, let me know and I can manually turn that off.
rotor
OK If it's not too much trouble if you can turn off repeat billing it'd probably be wise. Am between banks and cards and things at the present. I'll make a note to take notice 12 months from now.
Jerry Medved
ok, set it to 1 recurrence. NOTE: it will just expire at the end. If you update credit card, it will again become recurring.
