Please do the following: go to FILE / Export/Backup menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio) Select “To share with others” export file protection option on top right Leave the checkboxes already checked, and also check LOG FILE. HIGH99 Posted May 10, 2016 Author Report Share Posted May 10, 2016 Well this is odd. Subsequent to not getting MT to connect after multiple attempts, I opened up QuoteTracker as a backup. Just now shut down QT, and now MT is running just fine. Never had both programs open concurrently. I will do the above and send it to you just the same. HIGH99 Posted May 10, 2016 Author Report Share Posted May 10, 2016 (edited) No, no. Nothing was logged in concurrently. I was trying MT all morning with no luck. Then opened QT for awhile. Shut that down, then tried opening MT once again, and then it was working for some reason. Never had anything running or trying to run at the same time. All is good now. Jerry Medved Posted May 11, 2016 Report Share Posted May 11, 2016 this was an issue on MB server side, but it shouldn't have caused a problem in MT for those that logged in within 24 hours previously. HIGH99 Posted May 11, 2016 Author Report Share Posted May 11, 2016 Yes. Thanks. I had MT running all day on Monday, and this problem began early Tuesday morning when I attempted to launch MT. And then about three hours after the market opened (6:30 am opening time here in AZ) MT worked. Just the same it is connecting now without an issue.
