Liu Posted August 26, 2016 Report Share Posted August 26, 2016 I've been having delayed quotes sometimes for the past two days. TD Ameritrade is my data source. I started MT fresh this morning at 7. I didn't realized I had delayed quotes until I sold my ULTA puts way early this morning because it looked like it was going up. It was more than 5 mins delay. They caught up if I hit Backfill button. Most common situations are when a Security Software is running on the computer, which slows down MT drastically. Are you using Microsoft Security Essentials or Windows Defender? I need to get the log file to see what the problem is. Please do the following :go to FILE / Export/Backup menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio)Select “To share with others” export file protection option on top rightLeave the checkboxes already checked, and also check LOG FILE.Export, then email me the exported file please.
