carawlins Posted September 7, 2016 Report Share Posted September 7, 2016 For some reason, when I open a window with raw data, it will not update unless I actually have the portfolio open which includes the security in the raw data window. I did not notice this previously. Is there something that needs to be enabled? I have restarted MT and also restarted my computer but the situation remains. Thanks! For it to get updates, one of the other windows must be open and getting quotes on that symbol. Can be either a Portfolio or an Intraday Chart. I have the security in one of my portfolios but when I move to another portfolio, which does not contain the security, the raw data will not update. I guess I have to add that security to other portfolios as well to have the raw data updated., When I first started using MT, the raw data window would update regardless of what portfolio was open.
