We don't currently have an index panel. We will be adding it (next big project). However, do have something similar to the QT Index panel for the time being.  You can do a portfolio with TILE view. Refer to:

Assuming you are using TD Ameritrade for the data, the symbols you can enter into that Index Portfolio are:
$DJI for DJ 30 Industrials
$SPX.X for S&P 500 Index
$COMPX for NASDAQ Composite
$VIX.X for CBOE Volatility Index
$DJT for DJ 20 Transportation
$DJU for DJ 15 Utilities
$TNX.X for 10-YR Note
$TYX.X for 30-YR Bond
$FVX.X for 5-YR Note
$IRX.X for 13-Week Bill

For TradeKing, I have:
$COMPQ, $IRX, $SOX, $SOXX, $FVX, $VIX, $IXCO, $TNX, $TYX, $OEX, $DJC, $RUI, $RUT, $RUA, $DJU, $NDX, $DJI, $XAU, $DJS, $DJT, ---, $SPX, SPY

For other sources, let me know which source and which symbols you need and I would be glad to get them for you.

I'm using the tile view for the indexes now while waiting for the index ribbon. While waiting, does someone have the Ameritrade ticker for the $RUT?

Also, if I could get candlesticks in the tile view (any of them), then I wouldn't need the index ribbon. I'd actually like to have the chart options in the regular charts too but that would be a lot to ask. Right now I have candlestick charts for the indexes that are separate from the index numbers and it would be nice to have them together like the chart tiles - just with candlesticks instead of a line graph.
