em17976
QT had an indices ribbon which was very flexible and usable. Does MT have something as good? Also is there a search mode on this forum so I do not duplicate questions and save time for you. I was QT from I think 2000 and love it and the Medveds. Jerry Medved
We don't currently have an index panel. We will be adding it (next big project). However, do have something similar to the QT Index panel for the time being. You can do a portfolio with TILE view. carawlins
Also, for TD Ameritrade the NY Trin is ($TRIN) and the NY tick is ($TICK). Unfortunately, those symbols do not work for Trade King.
Jerry Medved
I checked. Those symbols are not available for TK
mmoy
I'm using the tile view for the indexes now while waiting for the index ribbon. While waiting, does someone have the Ameritrade ticker for the $RUT? Also, if I could get candlesticks in the tile view (any of them), then I wouldn't need the index ribbon. I'd actually like to have the chart options in the regular charts too but that would be a lot to ask. Right now I have candlestick charts for the indexes that are separate from the index numbers and it would be nice to have them together like the chart tiles - just with candlesticks instead of a line graph. Jerry Medved
$RUT.X we don't plan to add that kind of flexibility in the tile view charts. Those are basically just larger versions of the Inline charts and were never intended for full customization
mmoy
Thanks. I guess I'll wait for the ribbon. The Tile View (without the charts) is good enough for now.
