snappyfrog Posted October 2, 2018 Report Share Posted October 2, 2018 I am using Ally for data. I just started a free trial 1 week ago. Last week the data on all charts looked just fine, but this week, no matter what time I open the charts I have a huge gap between the last bar and the present bar. I have "cleared" and "backfilled" and it moves any bars on the far right back to where they belong, but the next bar will be gapped again. Any ideas? Jerry Medved Posted October 2, 2018 Report Share Posted October 2, 2018 there is a problem with timestamps. We fixed it and pushed out the update, but it does not take effect until you restart MT. Soooo. 1) Restart MT 2) after the restart, clear the data for "Current Day" on all symbols. Easiest way to do that is to click on the "Clear all Intr. Data" tile on the dashboard, then select "Clear Current Day" from the menu that pops up. 3) on the portfolio window, click on the Backfill All button to have MT fill in today's data on all symbols.
