Davide92
Hello Jerry, I hope you are well. I would like to ask you something in regards to a new layout that I created for monitoring multiple daily charts on one monitor. I have put on this layout 6 daily charts to check 6 different stocks, but only on one of those charts the price updates. The remaining 5 charts, the price is frozen. Is there something I can do to enable all of them to work normally? Thanks a lot Davide
Jerry Medved
in general charts should update. hard for me to tell without knowing details about your setup. What datafeed? are quotes updating on the symbols in the portfolio?
Davide92
As a Datafeed I am using TD Ameritrade. And yes the portfolio is updating, basically what I have is: - 1 chart linked to the portfolio (the one working correctly) - 5 charts not linked (not updating)
Jerry Medved
are the symbols on the 5 charts, also in the portfolio, even if not linked?
Davide92
No they were not. Now I put them and it works, thanks.
Jerry Medved
Historical charts are completely passive - they will only update if something else is getting the quotes in MT - intraday charts or portfolio
