Logged in OK Check if you are able to login using IE browser - NOTE: Explicitly IE, NOT Firefox, Edge, Chrome, or any other. if it does work, thenr estart MT and try again. Aleksei Posted June 7, 2021 Author Report Share Posted June 7, 2021 Hi Jerry can you see if there are any issues with E*Trade today? I restarted my PC fully and I still have the Faulted error with my account via Medved Trader. I was able to trade on Friday with E*Trade/Medved and I placed an E*Trade trade today via E*Trade Pro so there is no problem with my account. Jerry Medved Posted June 7, 2021 Report Share Posted June 7, 2021 The issue is with something they did on their server, specific to Medved Trader. We sent them a message on Friday via their secure message system (the only way we have to communicate with their API team). Have not heard back. I suggest calling them and complaining that your access to trace via Medved Trader (API ) is down and awaiting the response from the API team.
