When I attempt to use Interactive Broker (my current trading broker) I get no option chain loading at all. All my chart data comes from TD Ameritrade, and currently the options chains as well. Jerry Medved Posted October 29, 2020 Report Share Posted October 29, 2020 SPY option chain from IB will take a year to load. should use AMTD. NOTE also that option chains use up a lot of quote symbols. with IB being limited to 100, that may be a problem. I just checked with TD Ameritrade and it worked fine. Please change to TD Ameritrade on top, then click on the button to reload chain. MT shows the status on the bottom (status bar) . what does it show for you?
