New windows spawned from a current one are not being drawn to the currently active monitor. Eg. you have a chart open and put in a brand new symbol you have never used before then click on the chart and press control+H to spawn a historical chart window, it opens up on another monitor. Ideally I think any newly spawned window should default to the current monitor that is active(has focus), otherwise you are jumping from monitor to monitor. This is even more difficult if you are using a multimonitor system remotely through something like teamviewer/Anydesk.
Not sure if the the new window is defaulting to the primary monitor or if the logic in the code is using something else.
