innzinn Posted March 17, 2021 Report Share Posted March 17, 2021 trying to get a horizontal moving line show up across chart from yellow bulb on right side(extend left), any ideas.... i have seen it on a live chart before, just not sure how to add it? Jerry Medved Posted March 17, 2021 Report Share Posted March 17, 2021 Yellow bulb would be the news bulb. not sure what it has to do with the line though. You have 3 choices for horizontal lines: 1) draw trendline - hold down SHIFT while drawing - that will make the line perfectly horizontal. 2) select Horizontal Line from the drawing tools and draw the line on the chart 3) add "Horizontal Line" Indicator to the chart. in the properties of the indicator, you can specify either some absolute value, or set the line to show something like LAST, OPEN, HIGH, LOW, VWAP, etc Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
innzinn Posted March 17, 2021 Author Report Share Posted March 17, 2021 (edited) ha, "yellow bulb" i am mentioning is the rectangle box with arrow shape on the left side of itself(with LAST price inside of it) on intraday chart, my bad i have seen the bulb you are talking about, bad terminology on my part. but, you answered my question and i actually had the horizontal line(hl) open for some reason never seen "LAST" and that was the function i wanted, works perfect! tx again jerry for the awesome support on MT works perfect Edited March 17, 2021 by innzinn Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
