Frimina Posted August 7, 2021 Report Share Posted August 7, 2021 Hello, I have a problem when I trade, the Open P&L is always at 0, I can't see how much I win or how much I lose, the only way to know is when the trade is finished in the change column in account view/balances, I tried to add unrealised P&L in account view/positions, or total P&L, but it doesn't work, Can someone help me with this ? Jerry Medved Posted August 8, 2021 Report Share Posted August 8, 2021 for Unrealized P&L to work, MT needs to be able to get quotes on the symbols. If is is always zero, then MT is not getting the quotes. By default, the quotes would be coming from Questrade. If you do not subscribe to quotes from Questrade or if you are already subscribed to 50 or more symbols other than the portfolio ones, quotes will fail. If you want to use a different source for quotes on the trading screens, go to SETTINGS/TRADING/ACCOUNTS, click on QUESTRADE in the list and set the Alternate Quote Source to the source you wish to use.
