Importing custom stock lists

Hi Jerry,

 Please include an easy method to import custom stock lists to Medved Trader. I am a Canadian trader and I have several custom lists I would like to import. With some software programs this is not always easy and makes for a tedious approach to populating a program with the stocks you want. Thank you.

MT lets you copy/paste or drag/drop lists of symbols in, as long as it is just a text list of symbols, nothing else. Can be comma, tab, or space separated or one symbol per line.

 

NOTE: if these are Canadian symbols, you would want to add :CA suffix to the end prior to copying them into MT.  

 

There is no way we can create "Import" from various sites - there is no standard for this.
