Language manual

The program can be usefully programmed, but I notice the lack of a manual totally dedicated to the language and of a repository where users can share scanners, and in the future indicators and trading systems. So language manual is needed. Repository divided into: scanners, indicators and trading systems.

Well, the language is C# (with a few enhancements like the Looping functions that get pre-processed before compiling).

As for repository - that's a fairly big project..
