ES mini in Interactive Brokers

Hello Everyone,

I would like to ask you what is the symbol I should use in MT to trade the ES mini.

At the moment if I input @ES I can see the chart of the ES Mini (Source TD), but if I try to trade out of it I can't because Interactive Brokers gives me an error.

Is there a different symbol name I should input in MT?

TD Ameritrade lets you use continuous contract symbol: @ES

That option is not available with IB. you would have to use the full symbol: @ESH22

Hello Jerry,

I hope you are well. Since Friday at 9AM EST the Futures @MESH22 has stopped working. I was thinking that this was related to the fact that maybe the Futures contract for that code have expired, so I tried to input in the portfolio @MESJ22, but it does not work.

Do you know what contract code should I use for Interactive Brokers?
