Not able to connect to my Webull account

I am unable to connect to my Webull account. The message is "Connection to WEBULL has failed: Faulted_Out". I'm using the same Email/Phone, Password and 6-Digit Trade Pwd that is successful on my mobile app.

I'm connected to my TDAmeritrade account with no problems. 

Is there something I should try to get Webull to work?
