candle wick spikes on trade entry entry and exit

Hi - any time i enter/exit a trade using chart trading the candle wicks spike and be like that for the entire session, is there a way to correct that?

QQQ chart as shown in Medved with my trades,

I have odd lots turned off in settings and below are my spike filtering settings, can you help! Thx!

quotes and trading are completely independent in MT. What quote source and what broker are you using?  what shows in the raw data window? (show full screenshot please, not a cut off snippet)

sure, FYI It did not happen for the last 2 trades, don't exactly know what changed as I was playing with settings

(some screen shots below).  

Quote source: I have the default set to Quote stream connect, with smart source turned on to toggle between QS, TDA and yahoo

Broker: Fido(screenshots below were all executed in Fid) and TDA

well, guess i did not fix it, happened again as I was trying to buy into a trade, Below is QQQ 5 min chart PST, notice the spike on 12:30 5 min candle..

there is something else going on when you do the trade other than just the trade itself. Next time it happens, please email us the screenshot of the chart, the account view showing the trade, and the log file so I can match things up:
Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio)
