CaptainX Posted October 30, 2022 Report Share Posted October 30, 2022 Hi once the market is closed the quotes on level 2 got stuck and it is impossible to understand what are the current quotes and how much is the volume. please see the screenshot below. in ask 1.56,1.58, and all the values below are wrong the correct quote is 1.82 and on the bid side 1.88 and 1.82 is wrong. this issue is common across all the stocks during aftermarket as soon as clock stucks 4 this happens. in premartket not very common just couple of stock and during market hours its very rare to occur. I have tried re installing the software and shutting it down and restarting again but nothing is seems to be working. Broker: Alaric. Meanwhile, you can go to SETTINGS / DATA SOURCES / CONFIGURE ACCOUNTS, click on GSM in the list, then on the right side check the box for "Level II - Filter Crossed Quotes" 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
