Ally broker connection (Account information is currently unavailable)

I am attempting to add Ally (I have a brokerage account and can login via the web) in MedVed. 

After several attempts I keep receiving the image (url) below. I made sure to wait a couple of hours and try again in case it was just a timing issue. I have tried from a different computer and am receiving the same error as below. 

I have reset the stored information (under settings, trading/accounts) in Medved. I also completely deleted the account and restarted MedVed.

Is there anything else I can try?

Just a heads up that I called and have emailed Ally as well (the api team) asking them for an expected timeframe when the issue with not being able to access Ally with MT (along with any other third party partner) is going to be resolved.

I also posted a REDDIT.

Just wanted to keep you in the loop.
