Exit Process

Hi Jerry,

I noticed that the program has different user exit processes for panels and the program. May I suggest some changes to the exit process of the program - just for consistency........

 

Exchange: ASX
Data Source: e*Trade and Commsec (Australia)
OS: Windows Vista
MT vers: 1.0.4523.1533

 

Exit Process (for consistency in user exit process).
 

1. Main Screen/File/Exit - Suggest a confirmation before Exit from the program - as per X (Exit) warning on the Dashboard.
2. Dashboard/File/Exit - Suggest a confirmation before Exit from the program - as per X (Exit) warning on the Dashboard.
3. Main Screen/X (Exit) - Suggest a confirmation before Exit from the panel - as per X (Exit) warning on the Dashboard.

Paul,

 

It is consistent now - the prompt only occurs when the exit is implied. If the exit is explicitly selected, like FILE/Exit, then there is no prompt.  The only place where it is implied, and thus prompted, is when you just close the dashboard.
