DavidS Posted November 24, 2014 Author Report Share Posted November 24, 2014 Sorry Jerry, I am using IB as my data source. It appears that all my symbols are affected. esz14, nqz14, clf14, 6ez14. Actually when i open the chart it updates for a few seconds then it stops. Everything worked fine with the previous version, Additionaly, I have never been able to backfill all my symbols by using the backfill all command. Jerry Medved Posted November 24, 2014 Report Share Posted November 24, 2014 David, those are not valid MT symbols. for futures, you have to have @ in the front, so @ESZ14, @NQZ14, etc. If you do have that, then I need to get the log file to see what the problem is. Please do the following: go to FILE / Export Settings. Leave the checkboxes already checked, and also check LOG FILE. Export, then email me the exported file please.
