Error when trying to open level II

Hi Jerry, Members of the forum 

i'm getting an error when trying to open level II for all symbols , could someone please guide me towards a fix ,thanks in advance .

This is the error that pops up "Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue"

Parameter is not valid.

Thanks Jerry ,for some reason still getting the error , should i be waiting for the next update or is it a .net framework that i should download from Microsoft?

I thought it was an intermittent error. Didn't realize is was all the time. Will send you and update via email
