we would need to get the data file to see what the problem is. Please do the following:

 

go to FILE / Export Settings. 

Leave the checkboxes already checked, and also check QUOTE DATA

Export, then get that file to us. NOTE: The export file will be too big for email (it is compressed, but will still be too big).  Best way to get it to us is if you have Dropbox, GoogleDrive or something like that, you can upload there and send us a link.  Another option is to upload to one of these free sites and send us a link:

ok, I see.  The issue is the definition of "At Bid / At Ask".  Raw data is using a more accurate version for color coding the LAST column, where the LAST is compared to the PREVIOUS record's bid/ask.  The indicators are comparing LAST to BID/ASK within the same record. Will see what we can do.

Yes, that was fixed in the update I gave you. As for volume, Show projected, we didn't touch that and I do see it working fine here. If it is not working for you, enable Candle Countdown and see if that is updating OK. Email us your setup and indicate which chart I should look at.
