kebabman
My portfolio is set to UK equities time frame. When I open a UK intraday chart it is set to US equities time frame. I can't find where to change a setting so that the intraday charts open with UK time frame. Many thanks
Jerry Medved
What datafeed are you using and what are the exact symbols that you entered in the portfolio, including suffix? MT is supposed to automatically set the timeframe for London symbols. I suspect that you didn't use MT symbol format. Individual chart timeframe can be set on the VIEW tab on the chart's ribbon. kebabman
I'm using yahoo datafeed. I am adding the .L suffix to UK FTSE 350 type stocks such as AAL.L, ABF.L, ADM.L etc. Sorry I should have said that I found the way to change each chart after opening to UK time frame. I was after a way to get the charts to always open already with the UK time frame if that is possible please.
Jerry Medved
y, thats what I thought. MT does not use .L suffix. You should enter the symbols in MT format and let it convert instead of entering Yahoo's native format. Try AAL:FTSE or AAL:L
kebabman
Both the :FTSE and the :L work, many thanks.
