makincash
Hi, I have attached a few screenshots regarding the volume in MedVed. I cleared the data and back filled but no change occurred. On the medved chart it shows ~1.4 M volume for NNO:VN on Jan 29,2018. However on stockwatch who is my data source it shows 2,092,098 as the total volume. I also checked Questrade and the volume in it looks like its about ~2.x M on their chart. Jerry Medved
Raw data returned from Stockwatch: 2018-01-29,1405535,2.2,2.51,2.17,2.47 In your picture of the data from the Stockwatch site, note that the 1405535 volume shows up in the V-TSX-V column. I will need to check with Stockwatch about that.
makincash
Hi Jerry I just checked ACB:CA which is a tsx stock and its volume from the 26th is wrong as well. It's just showing the base TSX in Medved (which looks like is what Stockwatch is sending) and not including alpha, chi,etc . I attached a stockwatch screen shot as well. Todays volume in both MedVed and Stockwatch match though, screenshots attached as well. Jeff
Jerry Medved
Stockwatch notified us last night that this issue has been resolved. You do also have to have the latest MT 1.1.7610.* or higher.
makincash
Doesn't look like there is a need to clear data and backfill. Is that correct? Jeff
Jerry Medved
if you explicitly click the backfill button, no need to clear. If auto backfill, it should keep old data, so you probably want to clear first
