Okay, why is it required? Just about every piece of software out there runs without a dashboard including QT. I find it to be a nuisance when clicking the wrong portfolio window minimize button by mistake. The MT portfolio window minimizes but charts stay up, then I double click the tray icon and the dashboard comes up instead of the portfolio window.

Is there a way to run just MT without that annoying dashboard?

I went and checked the version history and found: ADDED - NEWS Window - Add "Mark All As Read" button on ribbon ADDED - NEWS Window - SELECT ALL (CTRL+A) to the R.Click Menu My ribbon was closed to save screen real estate so I didn't see that and the right click "select all" only shows up if you right click the symbol in the news window symbol list on the left and not if you right click any of the news articles, which is why I missed that one too.

Unless I'm missing something I don't see this in today's update?

Could you explain what this column is showing with the red and green bar? I know the pressure column gives you an idea of sentiment based on how level 2 is piling up, but this trend column doesn't have anything in the Help file that explains it.

When I minimize MT only the main portfolio window minimizes, open charts do not. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

When right clicking a list of news articles for a ticker symbol I'd like to have a "Mark all read" feature. Right now the mark read feature only works on highlighted articles.
