  1. actually, MT max is 120 days, not 260. Yes, the data you already have will remain. Just can't get more than 35 days of history if you are missing it. As for X, I don't think I have anyone blocked, other than some bot/spam accounts. Give your ID and I can check
  2. the 2 big differences really are the # of days on backfill and at least right now, no news. Other than that the rest should be the same once everything is released.
  3. Just updated again - make it work with various 2 factor authentication methods - SMS, Email (if still used), Robinhood App, or Authenticator app, with option for SMS failover if available.
  4. I updated the Robinhood configuration to handle the new login protocol. Should update for existing MT versions.
  5. I am referring to 3 different devices. Which accounts or how many you have does not matter. It is the login ID/password combo that matters. If the accounts are for different people, they will have separate logins on Schwab. If the same person is on all 3, then they will have one login only (unlike with TD Ameritrade). Ally Invest account? MT no longer supports Ally
  6. Schwab is restricting access to a single connection per login (which is problematic with all accounts on one login). Thus the authorization stuff you are seeing. Here is a way to get around that: On each of the 3 computers, save your Layout (FILE/SAVE LAYOUT) and then close ALL MT Windows (other than the dashboard) Close MT on all 3. start MT on one of the PCs, Load Layout (FILE/LOAD LAYOUT) and login to Schwab. Go to FILE/EXPORT, Select JUST "User Settings" in the list and select "For <your email> Account Only" on the right side for the Export File Protection NOTE the location of the file that will be exported. EXPORT The settings, and copy the file to the other 2 computers On each of the other computers, start MT, select FILE/IMPORT and import the file you copied in step 5 On each of the other computer, select FILE/LOAD LAYOUT and select the layout you saved in step 1. Now as long as you login to Schwab on one of the computers at least once within 7 days, it should be OK. However if you get a full login with Authentication again, you would have to do the steps again.
  7. the STOP price does not look right in the hotkey. should be an offset. My guess is IB is adjusting the value and thus the prompt. I need to get the log file to see the details. Please do the following: Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio) And add this Post’s URL in the comment.
  8. should not have to. Are you using Schwab in MT on more than one computer? If not, then I need to get the log file to see what the problem is. Please do the following: Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio) And add this Post’s URL in the comment.
  9. FYI - I just confirmed that TRUST roles are not yet enabled. Will be done in future updates (on Schwab)
  10. Hi Doug - during the login process one of the pages that shows is a list of accounts that you are authorizing. The account in question was not listed there, right? before today, Schwab API was restricted to not work with a bunch of account types. One of the things we were waiting for was for the update that went in last night to enable a whole bunch of different account types. However, I believe they still have some more to do, and I assume the Trust type is one of them. I will check with them about that.
  11. we do not support Level II with Fidelity, but if you have access to Level II with one of the supported sources, sure you can use that.
  12. from the technical point of view, the API is basically the same as TD Ameritrade. As for trade fills, I have no idea. my main accounts have not been moved yet
  13. 1) yes, stock, futures, forex and Index quotes are working 2) Yes, you do need to get the beta version if you want to use it now. We plan to release a production update with Schwab before May 10th. 3) Yes.
  14. on MT SETTINGS / DATA SOURCES / CONFIGURE ACCOUNTS - select Interactive Brokers. Do you have the box checked for "Historical Backfill - Stocks - RTH Only"?
  15. Symbol limits are same as TDA. Backfill limit is lower - 35 days.
  16. you can trade on the DOM but you won't see real Level II data.
