  1. Not sure what you mean "level I data not level II".  I was indicating in the pic that the Level 2 data looked correct ie bid and ask seems to make sense but  the Raw data (Level I) has the bid higher then the ask.

I'll watch again tomorrow as I saw it look ok just after I closed MedVed and then opened it again, but it went wonky again later on.   The main reason I posted here was I didn't think what I was seeing was correct and wanted some confirmation since I don't have any other source to compare against.  Figured it was probably the data feed but wanted to check.

  2. It just seems odd to me so I figured I would check if it was configurable.

When you use regular scroll rolling up moves the chart left and back moves it to the right (which seems reversed to me). I can flip it with my logitech software and it does seem to be more logical (to me) but then that does it for everything.

When you use control scroll + roll up scroll its zooms in  and the chart moves to the right, control scroll+ rollback zooms out which seems intuitive to me.

    Cheers,

  3. Still not following you.  The pics were all from today the 27th.  The medved one top left shows the trades from yesterday 26th.  The one on the top right (taken the same time) shows the stockwatch page  which has two trades premarket today 27th.  Should I not expect to see the two trades in Medved since they were premarket?

  4. Any way to have Medved launch completely minimized?

Any way to force logging level to None on launch?

The reason I ask is that it takes at a minimum 1:30 seconds for Medved to completely load up (all news/alert pop ups etc to complete) when the markets are closed, longer if they are open. And during that time I keep losing the focus to Medved so I can't really do anything with any other applications.

    Thank you,

    Jeff

  5. I have been finding the application is slow to get caught up to the market data as the markets open 30sec-1 minutes before the raw data time starts to match the current time. I've attached a few screen shots.  I have a 180Mb internet connection, running an amd 8730x. 32GB ram, nvme drive.  Could it be processing power slowing it down, internet, to many stocks being tracked from the data source?

I have quite a bit open with news alerts, portfolio alerts for %changes, 14 charts, 3 raw data windows, 2 level 2, news window, 6 portfolio/watch lists  100-150 stocks in them.

I will try and load a basic profile and see if I see better response to the market data upon open.

Also, I am finding switching between active stocks on my main windows which are linked takes 6+ seconds for the chart and data window to populate from when I click the stock symbol.

  6. Over the last couple of days one of the updates seems to have messed with my raw data windows.  They keep resetting to the sunny color scheme even though I always use night.  Every time I reset them then restart and its back to sunny.

Uploaded via help. I have 3 raw data windows open all of them reset everyttime I restart.

  7. I was playing with it a bit more and it looks like since smart source was set as the default BF source that removes the option to backfill with tick data from the drop down but you can select a check box if you go to backfill using...

Also when I hard coded the default backfill source to Stockwatch.  I got the correct backfill info to show up correctly like the last chart above.  Possibly since Smart source was set something other then Stockwatch was being used even though Stockwatch is the only source set to high priority?

  8. Using another family members account with the free version of Medved (same data source)

I do see the option to backfill using tick data.  When I do it I get these results

This raw data above doesn't even match what I originally had in my installation on my machine before I cleared the data and tried to back fill.  Pre clear data below. The volumes don't match at all.  The pic below (orignal data from my machine) matches what I see on stockwatch.com

  9. I am having a strange issue with back filling data.  Log submitted through help.

After clearing the data for NNO:VN and trying to back fill, all I get is a single entry for today with the total volume.  I also don't have the option to backfill with tick data. Adn there is nothing in the intraday chart.
