Yes, have that already set, but very often the latest don't come through in MT (I can see them in IB's TWS). How MT works, are these pushed/refreshed/displayed in real time in MT's News window ? I am asking because some other in Settings, like Weibull, have setting for refresh rate in minutes, while IB doesn't.

I am with IB and getting pretty decent news updates, but many of them are not showing in MT. How to fix that? Btw, how MT gets them, are these pushed in real time?

I have keyboard shortcut: Shift + 4 = "Cancel All". Result: It cancels orders. but right after, it opens "New Chart Symbol" search window on the chart.

It would be nice if you can set different hotkeys for different quantities, for e.g. Ctrl +1 = 1.000, Ctrl + 2 = 2.000, Ctrl 3 = 3.000, etc.

Is there any additional IB subscription required for IB, like they have $30 for additional symbol scans above 100? Why would they limit data feed when you pay?

Planning to get Level 2 from Interactive Brokers, so is there any issue with data feed in MT? Are you getting the same data in MT and IB's TWS?

I tried using it, but on fast moving charts, it is still way to small comparing to other numbers on the page. Especially Quantity x Price font which overwhelms in the size, so I still have to refer to Account window to check P&L. If you increase the size in Settings, the whole capsule is again too big.

Ok, it is what it is. That screenshot above is from TradingView. It works only if you have 1teh same symbol across all 4 charts and yes it can go completely out of range, but still shows the same price on charts within price range. It is great support for the fast moving price chart, without need to check high/lows, drawing trend lines, etc. on other time frames.

It was always set to "freestyle" for me and behaves just right on the chart in focus, but on the second chart behaves like "snap to candle".

Ok, I see that. I have 1 and 5 min charts. On one, cross line is on selected price, but on another one, looks like it jumps on candle low or high, instead of showing the same cross line price on both charts. Can you do that?

Ok, where is that setting? To confirm, when moving price crossbar (or crosshair, depending on how we call it) on 1 chart with the mouse, it automatically moves in real time on all other charts for the same symbol? Additionally, I guess it can't move at the same time for Intraday and Historical chart or maybe it can? I am not sure I understand what scenarios you referring to "Why restrict it to linked symbol only?"?

Sync crossbar across multiple charts with 1 linked symbol. In example bellow, 1, 5, 15 min and 1 hours chart shows synchronized price at $346.35.

Yeap, that's the perfect function with expire in minutes. I you could just copy-paste that one in Alert Log. 🙂 No big deal, maybe request for the future.

Yes, thanks, I use that for other setups, be in this case it would be nice if you can simply right click directly in Alert log and hide/mute for the day or similar.

I think I already asked about rounding numbers, but just in case, this is too many of numbers vs candles on the chart. 😀 It would be also nice if indicator value can be transparent showing behind Y price numbers.

ALERT LOG window - Add option to remove or hide a specific symbol from showing (for e.g. option from right mouse click or similar) Reason: When alert is triggered too frequently for 1 specific symbol, it can practically flood alert log and other symbols of interest are overlooked easily. Referring mostly to day trading.

I can move any MT window to Win 10 virtual desktop, but when I close/open MT, that window is automatically moved back to first virtual desktop. Is that by design?

At least for this part, I thing we are on the same page. Example: Running different scans requires different portfolios/watchlists, so when adding/removing 1 symbol only in 1 place would be great instead of searching through multiple portfolios

I still not getting this; what's the main difference comparing to existing keyboard shortcut mappings?. I am trading from chart and have all trading actions (at least those I need) already mapped to keyboard.

In scenario where I have the same symbol in 2 charts (or more), both linked with with Symbol Linked Group, when I change Quantity in one, it doesn't change in second one. Problem: when you trade of the chart using hotkeys, if you don't check (or change) which chart is in focus, you can easily make a mistake placing order, sending wrong quantity.

When I draw a trendline on Historical, the same doesn't show on Intraday chart. From what I understand that's by design, but still maybe there is way to do that? Simply, I don't want to look first at Historical and draw line on Intraday and it can be many, many lines. I am talking about scenario where you go 1-3 years, and Intraday, despite having Custom range, shows only last few months (even if you enter something like365 days)
