  1. Bump... just in case this fell thru the cracks. Can LULD for Quotemedia refresh at a faster interval? dxFeeds LULD bands seem to update more frequently/accurately. Thx
  2. Disregard the volume discrepancy, I'm ditching the dxFeed $29 package. This should not affect the LULD bands however (I would think).
  3. Hi guys, The dxFeed LULD levels update properly as the band changes but QM takes several minutes and is quite delayed. Can this refresh be adjusted or is that just what coming through the QM feed? Screenshot attached, the bottom dxFeed levels are correct. Thanks
  4. Thanks. Is there no way to implement this or is it just not a feature you want? Seems useful... but totally understand if it's not the direction you're headed. Thx
  5. Would like to click from one Level II to the next with MT switching the single set of charts to the active Level II. Possible? Thx
  6. Ahh ok no worries then. I did have the $49 plan and it worked OK, I only switched for testing purposes. Trying alot of different combination of setups. Odd they would even offer it. Thanks
  7. Am curious about these two updates to the latest beta: CHANGED - SITE CONFIG - INTERACTIVE BROKERS - Level II for stocks should have far more data now CHANGED - SITE CONFIG - INTERACTIVE BROKERS - Updated to use their new API What's been added and is their API worth a lick now? Is it still 100 max symbols? I know their API has been notoriously bad for ages. Only curious because they have very affordable Totalview so I'm wondering if it's worth a shot. TD's free L2 is just too slow for my needs and DX is a lil pricey. Thx
  8. dxFeed acting strange again, getting very delayed/incorrect data (volume, high/low, etc). The TD values pictured are correct. Worth noting that I currently have the dxFeed $29 Basic plan (for testing purposes) which doesn't provide L2 depth though the L1 data should be similar. Shouldn't be an issue with symbol count as my portfolio has less than 10 tickers. Will send logs settings as well.
  9. That's actually very good to know thx. It's not unusual that the top volume stocks fall outside my strategy. Thanks
  10. Yes for sure, totally understand that loading the entire NASDAQ, though nice in theory, is just plain silly The challenge with small caps is you almost need every symbol as it could be any of them that day. Nonetheless I've managed with far fewer symbols, it's cleaner this way anyhow. Thanks
  11. 9 open charts. 1min/5min/Daily for trading + six 1min charts for stocks on watch.
  12. Very interested as it's similar to what I was experiencing with DXfeed, though I was trying to get quotes for thousands of symbols. The timestamp with DX was the dead giveaway as it was lagging minutes behind IB/TDA, exactly as Benji described above. I've since massively cut back on the number of symbols I'm watching but would still be nice to load up portfolios with hundreds/thousands of symbols and run scans on them, seeing as how DXfeed has no symbol limitation. Look forward to the performance updates... Thx!
  13. Reviving an old thread... Would it be possible prevent duplicates from being added on portfolios/watchlists? I too add symbols quickly and end up with many duplicates, would be nice if the platform prevented them all together if ticker already exists. Thanks

    Float column

With DXFeed now available, is a float column for portfolios now feasible? Float is in the detailed quote but not sure that makes a column possible.
  15. I've emailed a short video. Def something up with my MT/DX, seems to lag behind the other data feeds and stop responding all together after market open. It hasn't always done this, worked great when it was first implemented.
  16. I was using TDA Level 2 feed but DX seems to be an entirely different animal... in a good way. The tick-by-tick volume is far quicker than anything close to the TDA feed (IMO). I did have spike filtering turned on, just now disabled it. To clarify, the L2 and Raw Data windows themselves don't actually stop responding, they just stop receiving quotes. The odd thing is that on that same L2 window, the L1 panel above continues to provide the correct data the entire time. It's as if L2 and Raw Data are trying to drink from the firehose that is DXFeed and need a few seconds to catch up. If it happens again I'll try my best to record it.
  17. Whenever a stock is going parabolic at open my data feed becomes borderline unusable, has happened a few times now. Level 1 continues to update correctly but Level 2 depth and RAW Data freezes and only starts processing the feed when volume has eased a few seconds later. It happens only at very intense volume peaks but it doesn't happen every time which makes it hard to capture/reproduce. I'm still able to place trades using IB which tells me the MT platform itself isn't freezing. This seems to have happened after switching to DXFeed but I can't be 100% sure it's related. I've checked resources on my dedicated trading PC when this happens and it isn't being tax whatsoever, also have Google Fiber (1Gbps) so doesn't appear to be hardware/bandwidth related. Ryzen 9 3900 (24 thread) 32GB RAM No Antivirus etc... only trading tools. Windows 11 Ideas? Thx
  18. In other words, how can I make volume bars the same width as the candles?
  19. I prefer wide chart candles so I have Max Candle Width set to 100, also have "Wider bars" enabled for the volume bars however they don't scale to the width of the chart candles. Any way around this? Thx

    New pc build.

Just for reference I run an older 3900X 12c (24t) with 32GB RAM which handles MT, TDA/ToS, and 2 instances of IB Gateway without breaking a sweat. The 3900X falls in between the 5800X and 5900X as far as benchmarks are concerned.

    DXFEED

Yep, agree with merlin. dxFeed is better in every way than QuoteMedia, and certainly far better than the broker data feeds (have used feeds from IB, TDA, Webull). Scanning over 5000 symbols without a hiccup. Data feed at open has been perfectly fine as well.
  22. Kinda figured that may be the case with the fees included. No worries then. The second was just curious as to why all other columns include decimal values but the three P&Ls do not. Was further made curious because you can customize Date and Numeric formats to your liking in the General settings, but they don't change these. You're correct though doesn't really matter overall. Thanks
