MTG
Hello Jerry, Would it be possible to have the ASX as a backfill source? Tradingroom is good but a fair few inaccuracies on small stocks. http://www.asx.com.au/ Alternatively, would it be possible to import my own historical data as a .csv file into MT? Regards. 0 Jerry Medved
I don't see backfill data available there. Can't do CSV at least right now. Maybe will do something in the future. You can use Yahoo and Google for backfill too, though I think one of them doesn't provide volume on the data or something like that./
0 MTG
Thank you. Unfortunately for Aussie stocks, Yahoo and Google have very poor quality data. Tradingroom is by far the best but still can have issues. One of my brokers Belldirect has downloadable historical data, both for the whole market and for individual stocks (metastock format). Could that be used to backfill?
