Jim T Posted November 28, 2015 Author Report Share Posted November 28, 2015 Hi Jerry, I have a brand new HP all in one computer running Windows 10 with 8 GB RAM and 1 TB hard drive. I'm using Webroot as my antivirus, but I believe I also have a Macafee free trial antivirus that came with the computer that I haven't uninstalled yet. Could that be the problem?
