Error on startup

I downloaded MT a few days ago and I keep getting this error message box on startup, which doesn't allow me to proceed.  Please help!

this basically means that MT is not able to create a key data file.  What OS are you using? What security software?  Are you logged in as Admin?

Is there free disk space available?

Hi Jerry,

I have a brand new HP all in one computer running Windows 10 with 8 GB RAM and 1 TB hard drive.  

I'm using Webroot as my antivirus, but I believe I also have a Macafee free trial antivirus that came with the computer that I haven't uninstalled yet.  Could that be the problem?  Should I try uninstalling the Macafee antivirus?

it could be, though I would think I would have heard about it by now. You can try.  Also, could you send me the log file. It would be called MTLOG.LOG 

in the following folder:

C:\Users\<Your Windows Login Name Here>\AppData\Local\2GK\Medved Trader\

maybe temporarily disable both AV programs. In general, not a good idea to have 2 running at the same time
