Jerry Medved Posted February 17, 2016 Report Share Posted February 17, 2016 You must have turned off the "Always Show" option. If you hold down the SHIFT key, it will show the box. While showing, click on the little gear button on the top right of the box to get the settings menu and check the "Always Show" (assuming you want it always showing). Otherwise, SHIFT shows it with the default freestyle or Snap to Candles setting and CTRL+SHIFT shows it with that display setting toggled.
