When I send an order the MT ask me my psw, is there a way for cancel that please?

where I can the P&L for a trade and for the day?

that by default happens on first time you do a transaction during a session. You can change the settings or turn that off. SETTINGS / TRADING / SECURITY

Positions will show P&L for the day. there is an option (on VIEW tab) to show closed positions.

when MT is running when the order is placed, it records the date. Otherwise, IB does not return that detail on filled orders. 

GAIN - try using the Realized P&L column. that is the one that uses your transactions for the computation. GAIN - we don't have the data from IB to compute it on closed positions
