Hi

I have now the level on MT but there is abig lag between MT in the market, many time ask stay blocked (don't move) bid is ok but not ask.

As you can see below the bid is higher than your ask, but not on IB level2!!!

can you check something - assuming this is the only level II window that you have open for the ACB symbol, can you change to another symbol, wait a second, then change back. Does it come back OK or still crossed?

yes only 1.

If I change the symbol and back to the initial one, it back ok and then after 10sec around again it's blocked. it moves but in late.

Bid is ok only ask.

odd. seems something getting out of sync. This has been tested extensively, so must be something recent.  If you get a chance could you do this:

1) save layout so you can quickly restore later (FILE / SAVE LAYOUT)
2) close all windows except the dashboard and 1 level II window and hit STOP on the L II window (on toolbar)
3) Set log level to 200 on the dashboard (bottom right)
4) click START on the Level II window
5) Once the issue occurs again, hit STOP on the Level II and send me screenshot of the Level II, and then send the log file:
    Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio)
    And add this Post’s URL in the comment. 
 

after that, just switch log level back to 10 and restore the layout you saved in step 1

I did, but it seems works now but there is difference between your level2 and the IB level2, volume and depth are not the same.

remember I told you that IB shows stuff that we are not able to get via API. really stupid but nothing we can do about it - I confirmed with them that it is in fact the sase.
