And "I open an order in MT" did you just open the chart? did you switch symbols? I mean, need some detail if that is happening. You can see the QTY on the chart before placing any order. Jerry Medved Posted June 11, 2020 Report Share Posted June 11, 2020 which default - SETTINGS / TRADING / GENERAL - checkbox for "Do not use default QTY on trade ticket" I need to know exactly how it happens - exactly how you got to the point where you have the wrong quantity - how the chart was opened for that symbol - did you open the chart? was it there on startup? did you change symbols to it by typing new symbol? or was it a linked chart and you switched the linked symbol - that type of thing. Chalp Posted June 11, 2020 Author Report Share Posted June 11, 2020 (edited) Chart is opened from the worspace and it's the default workspace, Symbol in a chart by color linking after I clicked on the stock name in my watchlist.
