If you still have a problem with TICK streaming on, then please do the following during market hours to help me track down what is going on. Preferably do this with a portfolio of just a few active stocks: STOP quotes Set Log level to 200 on the dashboard (just below the Settings button) START quotes on the portfolio Wait a minute. If no updates for LAST, then stop quotes, go to FILE / Export Settings. Leave the checkboxes already checked, and also check LOG FILE. Export, then email me the exported file please.
