Jerry Medved Posted September 3, 2020 Report Share Posted September 3, 2020 the default is stored per alert type. so for you to get the one you set as default, you would have to select the same alert type. otherwise, if a particular alert type does not have a default defined, whatever not was there before you selected that alert type will just remain there.
