TD Ameritrade has free Level II for all of its accounts. IQFeed has Level II subscription. Thank you You cannot open account to trade, but you can register with any e-mail and using Webull mobile app you can subscribe to Nasdaq L2, $2-3 per month. Then plug that account in MT.
