Minor detail - group pushpin cursor

Hi Jerry and Mike,

 

My MT installation is running well at the moment. Thanks!

 

Herewith a couple of details:

 

i) when the cursor arrow transforms to a colored pushpin over a portfolio or watchlist, the pushpin is a bit too big for my taste.   I am wondering if there is a Windows setting (Windows 8.1 in my case) to change this but I can't find anything.

 

Would it be possible to have the "File" and "Settings" menus from the dashboard also accessible through a "selected" portfolio, Pulling up the dashboard to save or load a layout (which I do rather frequently) seems to take a step too many if the dashboard is not constantly visible.

 

Sorry if this clashes with the logic of having a dashboard. Just reporting my subjective sense of usability.

the portfolio windows already give you access to FILE/Settings

 

As for link cursor - it is created by MT in a fixed size.  Anything smaller and it was hard to distinguish that it was a pin when dealing with different colors

Thanks, I overlooked the FILE/Settings in the Portfolios.

 

The pushpin issue may be something to do with my Windows 8.1--- its onscreen length is about 1 cm.
