Jerry Medved Posted May 9, 2014 Report Share Posted May 9, 2014 I just checked and do not see any problem, and have not had any other issues. In MT, right click on IB in the dashboard and select re-login. If TWS does a prompt to connect, make sure you respond to that. if you still have an issue after that, then I will need to get the log file to see what the problem is. Please do the following: 1) Restart MT. 2) Set log level to 200 on the dashboard (just below the settings button) 3) Try connecting/starting quotes. 4) after it fails, go to FILE / Export Settings. 5) Leave the checkboxes already checked, and also check LOG FILE. 6) Export, then email me the exported file please.
