Medved slow to launch during active market hours

If you restart Medved well markets are active the launch time for Medved is drastically slow then outside of Market hours.  It would be very useful to have Medved pause all sources until it is fully loaded when you are starting up Medved then restart the sources.

With a large layout this is really significant 3min 21 seconds with my network card active vs with the network card disabled 2 min 17 seconds.

I've never noticed that. Maybe you have something else running during market hours and it is using PC resources.
