Andyw
Is there any way of viewing open MOC orders on Medved Trader for IB? (Like you can in the IB Android app) Thx
Jerry Medved
MOC orders should be viewable same as any other
Andyw
thx - I think they tricky to view as I'm using the IB gateway not the MT one (as you previously explained)
Jerry Medved
ok, but that really makes no difference. My point is that they will show up in MT Account View on the transaction tab. Do you not see them there?
Andyw
Sorry, missed your reply. I'm still not seeing pending market on close orders on either the Transactions tab or in the Pending column on the Positions tab. I can currently see them no prob in the IB Android app. Any settings I might need to change to see them? Thx
Jerry Medved
I just tried - I see it: Are you placing MOC via MT, TWS or another app? in MT if you hit F5 on account view, transactions - does it show?
Andyw
Thx Jerry. I'm placing them via another app connected to the same Gateway as MT. I tried F5 but no luck.
Jerry Medved
IB separates orders of different apps. When MT connects, it tries to connect with Client ID 0 which sees orders placed via TWS and via Client ID 0. It does not see orders placed via other Client ID values.
