Some Level II data missing with TD Ameritrade Feed

Every other day or so I notice a low-priced stock that isn't showing all of the data on the Level II window with the TD Ameritrade feed.  For example look at symbol PVCT today and you'll see.  Below is screen shot of PVCT's Level II taken at the same time with an MT window on the left and QT window on the right (Quite a few price levels are missing on both sides):

I see. It is because it is an NYSE symbol and seems that MT is sending it as NASDAQ. Looking into it
