IsaacTrades Posted October 31, 2023 Report Share Posted October 31, 2023 When I log into the MedVed platform, I don't seem to have access to my Questrade account. I've been messing around in settings and found that if I go to "Configure Accounts" and click "reset Stored Settings", I receive the Questrade Access Authorization window where I can login. IT happens if you have Questrade selected as a quote source or if you have the Account view or other trading windows open with your Questrade account selected.
