it should work -

Change the quote so to TS on top of the PORTFOLIO window toolbar

Change the quote so to TS for the INDEX panel (if it is open) top of the PORTFOLIO window toolbar on the INDEXES tab

Turn off TD Ameritrade NEWS on SETTINGS / DATA SOURCES / NEWS

If you have any Level II windows, change source to TS on top

If you have any option chain windows open, change source for those.

Just a note on a different issue - on a second computer the M.T.  icon for each window started showing up in the task bar at the bottom of my primary monitor but not the second one...   I have no idea how that happened.

what was it doing previously? Not sure what the problem is that you are reporting - where do you expect the icon to be?

The account shows up but the market data does not.

I checked your log/settings - you changed your level II to TradeStation source, but all your portfolio windows are still using TD Ameritrade.  You also have TD Ameritrade selected for news.  Need to change that.  For news:
SETTINGS / DATA SOURCES / NEWS - Uncheck TD Ameritrade

for Portfolios, you need to show the toolbar on each portfolio window (F11 key) then change the source on the MAIN tab of the toolbar.

Also, one of your portfolios has an Index panel showing. on that one, also click on INDEXES tab on the toolbar and change the source there as well

in MT there is a setting for separate icon for Portfolio windows. If you uncheck that, it will hide portfolio icons. HOWEVER, if the portfolio is minimized, THEN it will show the icon on the taskbar. This is a change since Windows 7.  Windows 10 changed how minimized windows that are not on the taskbar are shown. (or now NOT shown). And because they are not shown when minimized, if no icon, there would be no easy way to get them back

it sounds like you may have upgraded from Windows 7 to Win 10 or 11.
